What is a fractional CFO, and do I need one?
A fractional CFO is a senior financial partner who guides strategy, cash flow, and profit — part-time, at a fraction of a full-time hire’s cost. If you’re past the startup phase and want to grow profitably without flying blind, it’s likely a fit.
How is this different from my bookkeeper or accountant?
Bookkeeping records what happened; a tax accountant files it. We help you use your numbers to make better decisions going forward — and we teach you to read them yourself.
Do I have to use Profit First?
It’s the engine of the Profitability step and we strongly recommend it, but the coaching meets you where you are. We’ll never force a system that doesn’t fit.
