About Bill Litster

Bill Litster is the founder, President, and Lead Consultant of Better Biz Info. He has achieved Master level certification as a Profit First Professional and Elite status as an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  He has over 25 years of real-world business and accounting experience. In addition to spending several years as a corporate President, Vice President, COO, and CFO, he has also owned and operated several small businesses.  

Over the course of his career he has consulted with hundreds of small and large companies including NASA, Boeing, Dow Chemical, and the US Navy. Bill has found that his real passion is in teaching and helping small business owners how to achieve profitability and success and has helped dozens of small business owners do just that. Bill’s business experience and teaching skills enable him to simplify complicated processes, create financial visibility, and implement a pattern of financial success and profitability for small business owners.
